Understanding Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any MVP Academy soccer program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.
2. Registration and Payment:
All participants must complete the registration process and submit payment before attending any training sessions. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
3. Program Changes:
MVP Academy reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, or locations as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
4. Health and Safety:
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in training. MVP Academy is not liable for any injuries incurred during sessions.
5. Code of Conduct:
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program.
6. Liability Waiver:
Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with soccer training. By enrolling, you waive any claims against MVP Academy, its coaches, and staff for any injuries or damages sustained during participation.
7. Media Release:
By participating in our programs, you grant MVP Academy permission to use photographs and videos taken during training for promotional purposes.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of our local courthouse.
9. Changes to Terms:
MVP Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
